Safe Landing is a group of workers from within the aviation industry: pilots, cabin crew, ground crew, airport staff, aerospace engineers, factory employees, and anybody with a livelihood directly linked to the industry “eco-system”.

The global coronavirus pandemic represents turbulent conditions, and our industry needs to set a new flightpath out of it. There’s a short-term temptation to return to the trajectory of pre-COVID-19 “business-as-usual”: a projected doubling of airports, aircraft, and air traffic over the next 15 years. This direction is fraught with danger.

We urgently need to divert onto a different course, and towards a Safe Landing that ensures a second, far bigger industry crash doesn’t lie ahead.
